Terms and Conditions for Services with Glow & Bloom by Kerri Please review the following terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. 1. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to allow us to offer the appointment to someone else. • No-shows or late cancellations may require prepayment for future appointments. 2. Late Arrivals • Arriving late may reduce the time of your treatment or result in rescheduling. Please aim to arrive on time to enjoy your full service. Appointments delayed by more than 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled. 3. Health Conditions • Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities prior to your facial. Certain conditions may require adjusting the service, and we reserve the right to reschedule if it’s unsafe to proceed. 4. Aftercare Guidelines • Following your facial, please adhere to aftercare instructions provided to maintain the benefits of your treatment. This may include avoiding certain activities like sun exposure, makeup, and exfoliation for a specified period. 5. Refund Policy • Services are non-refundable. If you experience any concerns post-treatment, please contact us within 48 hours to discuss a solution. 6. Personal Belongings • Glow & Bloom by Kerri is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items during your visit. Please keep valuables secure and within sight. 7. Age Requirement • Clients must be over the age of 18. 8. Right to Refuse Service • I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior, failure to comply with these terms, or if it poses a risk to the safety of the client or the practitioner. 9.
