1. Appointments Booking: Clients are required to book their appointments in advance to secure a preferred date and time. Bookings can be made via phone, online, or in person. Late Arrivals: We kindly ask that you arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or shorten the service to avoid disrupting other clients. Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost. No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 50% of the service cost and may be required to prepay for future appointments. 2. Booking Fees and Payments Booking Fee: A booking fee of 20% is required for all services, which will be deducted from the final service cost. Fees are non-refundable unless cancellation is made within the required notice period. Payments: Full payment is required upon completion of your service. We accept the following payment methods: cash, credit/debit cards. Refunds: We do not offer refunds for completed services. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will aim to rectify the issue. 3. Health and Safety Client Health: Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before your treatment begins. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it may not be safe or suitable for the client. 4. Personal Belongings We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings during your visit. Please ensure your valuables are safely stored during your treatment. 5. Children and Pets For the comfort and safety of all clients, we kindly ask that you do not bring children or pets into the studio. 6. Gift Cards and Vouchers Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards must be presented at the time of the appointment and used within 12 months Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced. 7. Service Adjustments If for any reason you are not satisfied with your treatment, please inform us before leaving the studio. We will do our best to address your concerns immediately. 8. Privacy Policy Your personal information is kept confidential and will only be used for appointment scheduling and salon-related communications. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent. 9. Liability We are not liable for any personal injury, allergic reactions, or damages that occur as a result of services provided when proper medical information has not been disclosed. 10. Changes to Terms and Conditions We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and your continued use of our services after such changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
