By booking an appointment with Glowhaus, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are in place to protect both you and the business and to ensure a smooth, relaxing experience for all clients.
Appointments & Booking Fee
- A £10 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments.
- The booking fee is deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.
- Appointments are not confirmed until the booking fee has been received.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the booking fee.
- Failure to attend your appointment (no-shows) will forfeit the booking fee and may require full payment upfront for future bookings.
Late Arrivals
- Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full benefit of your treatment.
- If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced to avoid impacting other clients.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be cancelled and the booking fee will be forfeited.
