Glowhaus - Terms & conditions

By booking an appointment with Glowhaus, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are in place to protect both you and the business and to ensure a smooth, relaxing experience for all clients.

Appointments & Booking Fee

A £10 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments.
The booking fee is deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.
Appointments are not confirmed until the booking fee has been received.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the booking fee.
Failure to attend your appointment (no-shows) will forfeit the booking fee and may require full payment upfront for future bookings.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full benefit of your treatment.
If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced to avoid impacting other clients.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be cancelled and the booking fee will be forfeited.

Payments

The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.
Payment methods will be confirmed at booking.
Prices are subject to change, but any confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed rate.

Health, Medical & Patch Testing

Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, and skin concerns prior to treatment.
Patch tests are required for certain treatments (such as lash lifts, tinting, or brow tinting).
Failure to attend a required patch test will result in your appointment being cancelled and the booking fee forfeited.

Results & Expectations

Individual results may vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare.
Glowhaus cannot guarantee specific results, but treatments will always be carried out with professional care and attention.

Children & Guests

For health, safety, and insurance reasons, children and additional guests are not permitted during appointments.

Right to Refuse Treatment

Glowhaus reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if it is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or if a client behaves disrespectfully.
In such cases, the booking fee will not be refunded.

Gift Vouchers & Packages

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be used within the stated validity period.
Packages are non-transferable and must be used by the named client.
