2. Appointments & Bookings
All appointments must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or approved booking platform.
A valid contact detail is required for all bookings.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel appointments at our discretion.
3. Deposits & Payments
A deposit may be required to secure your booking. This amount will be deducted from the total treatment cost.
Full payment is due at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed. I accept Cash & Bank Transfer.
Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is made within the permitted notice period.
4. Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24–48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in:

5. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced to avoid impacting other clients.
Full payment will still be required.
6. Health & Medical Conditions

Failure to do so may result in treatment being refused or modified, and we cannot be held liable for any adverse reactions if information is withheld.
A consultation form must be completed before your first appointment.

Failure to attend or comply with patch testing requirements may result in cancellation of your appointment and loss of deposit.

Glowhaus By Lydia is not liable for any adverse reactions where aftercare advice has not been followed.

Clients will be provided with aftercare instructions. It is your responsibility to follow these carefully.
Failure to follow aftercare may affect results and increase the risk of complications.
11. Age Restrictions
Clients must be aged 18 or over for most treatments unless parental/guardian consent is provided where appropriate.
12. Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings brought to appointments.
13. Behaviour Policy
We maintain a professional and respectful environment.
Any inappropriate, aggressive, or abusive behaviour will result in immediate termination of the appointment and refusal of future services.
