Notice Period
• A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling. • Please contact us as soon as you know you cannot make your appointment.
Cancellation Charges
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled appointment fee. • Same day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment fee.
