Here’s what to do (and not do) after your tan: ⏳ Wait before rinsing I’ll tell you when it’s time to rinse - usually 1–8 hours, depending on the formula. 🚿 First rinse = water only No soap, no scrubbing, no loofahs. Just a gentle rinse with warm water. Pat dry - don’t rub. 💧 Moisturise daily Keep your skin hydrated with a simple, non-oily moisturiser. Bonus: it helps your tan fade evenly. 🛁 Skip these for now No long hot baths, saunas, or sweaty gym sessions for at least 24 hours. Chlorine is a tan killer too - make sure you shower when you come out of the pool. 🪒 Shave gently If you need to shave, use a clean razor and a light touch. No harsh scrubbing or exfoliating until your tan starts to fade. ⛔ Avoid oil-based products, they break down the tan. Stick to lightweight lotions or creams.
