I kindly ask my clients to transfer a £10 deposit for every new treatment booked with me. This deposit will be used as part payment towards your final bill. My cancellation policy is strictly 48 hours notice otherwise the deposit is non-refundable. I completely understand that things can happen last minute and I can assure you that I will be sympathetic in certain circumstances. If there is no free parking a small supplement may be added to cover the cost.
