Terms & Conditions

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

• The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.

• Please arrive on time. There is a 15-minute grace period; arrivals later than this may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.

• No alcohol or smoking is permitted during appointments.

• No under 16s — I do not offer services to anyone under the age of 16.

• Nail art, length, or service changes must be agreed before your appointment. Additional work may not be possible on the day.

• I do not work over or remove other nail technicians’ work. Please arrive with bare nails.

• Nail fixes are offered free of charge within 7 days of your appointment. Repairs after 7 days are chargeable.

• I reserve the right to refuse service due to inappropriate behaviour, poor hygiene, lateness, or failure to follow policies.

• Children and additional guests are not permitted unless agreed in advance.
