• No refunds will be provided for missed appointments or late arrivals.
• Prepaid services or packages are non-refundable but can be rescheduled.

• If you are not satisfied with the service, please inform the salon within 24 hours.
• Adjustments can be made within 3 days of the original service.

• The salon will not be responsible for any allergic reactions not disclosed prior.
