Terms and Conditions

By visiting Hair Therapy salon you must agree to Term & Conditions and the Cancellation Policy. All appointments made, online and in person will require a booking fee. (10% of chosen service) Booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. All relevant information required about yourself has been given to Hair Therapy. Please be respectful at all times while visiting Hair Therapy. Abuse in any form is not tolerated and will result in a ban from the salon. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Children cannot be left unattended, please only bring children to an appointment that has been booked for them. Any damages made by the guest or persons within their care will be asked to cover the cost of the damages. Ppe is provided on colour services however, guests are fully responsible for arriving in sensible clothing for their appointment. All payments for services must be made before leaving the premises.
