Terms and conditions

1. Appointments & Bookings • All appointments must be booked through the approved booking system or directly with the stylist. • Appointment duration may vary depending on the service and hair condition. • Please arrive on time to ensure the full service can be provided. ⸻ 2. Cancellations & No-Shows • Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice will not incur a charge. • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% service fee. • Same-day cancellations will be charged 75% of the service fee. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. • Outstanding fees must be paid before further appointments can be booked. ⸻ 3. Lateness • Clients arriving 15 minutes late or more may not be seen. • This will be treated as a cancellation and the relevant fee will apply. ⸻ 4. Client Responsibilities • Please disclose any allergies, scalp conditions, or sensitivities prior to your service. • For colour services, a skin test may be required at least 48 hours before your appointment. • Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. ⸻ 5. Payments • Payment for services is due on the day of the appointment. • Accepted payment methods include cash, card, or bank transfer. • Cancellation or no-show fees must be paid in full before rebooking. ⸻ 6. Stylist Responsibilities • Professional services will be carried out with due care and skill. • Only professional-grade L’Oréal products will be used unless otherwise discussed. • All treatments and aftercare advice are tailored to your individual needs. ⸻ 7. Liability • Hair results may vary depending on condition, history, and aftercare. • The stylist is not liable for adverse outcomes where full hair history or relevant information has not been disclosed by the client. • The stylist is not responsible for reactions caused by products not purchased or recommended directly by Hair by Annest. ⸻ 8.
