By booking your appointment, you agree to attend and pay for said services being carried out. When booking in a colour,you must add either a (blowdry & style) or a (wash, cut & blowdry). If you do not add one of these options, I will apply a blowdry and style to your appointment request. However, if the time you have requested does not permit a blowdry being added, your booking request may be refused if we can not find another time that suits. When booking in an extension refit, a separate removal appointment is required for tapes and keratin bonds due to the additional time it takes to get them prepared for reinstalling if possible please book this for the day prior to your install . When booking a keratin smoothing treatment, a blowdry is included as part of the service. If you require a cut afterwards, please add it to your booking request. Appointments can be rescheduled with 48+ hours notice, and your booking fee will be transferred to the rescheduled appointment. However, please note that once a booking fee is transferred, it will be deemed nonrefundable. Failure to notify promptly (48 hours before appointment) that you are unable to attend your appointment will result in your 30% booking fee being forfeit and an additional 20% charge (totalling 50% of your service cost) will be applied if you fail to attend your appointment. Failure to promptly notify you that you will be unable to attend your rescheduled appointment will incur the additional 20% charge and failure to attend a rearranged appointment will incur an additional 35% charge (totalling 65% of your service cost) When booking in a colour, you must be patch tested 48+ hours prior to your appointment. Failure to book or attend a patch test appointment can result in losing your booking fee and being charged the additional 20% as your appointment will be classed as a last-minute cancellation By not following the cancellation policy in place, you may be required to pay a higher booking fee when booking in or may have your ability to book appointments removed altogether. If I am unable to carry out your appointment due to illness or injury, your booking fee can be transferred to rearrange your appointment or refunded if you request
