Terms and Conditions

A 10% deposit is required when booking, this is to protect myself and you. If the deposit has not been paid 48 hours before your booking, it will be cancelled unless you have spoken to myself. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment for free 24 hours before your appointment. After this period you will be charged 50% of the booking fee I understand things happen and I would like to help the best I can in these situations.
