By booking an appointment you agree to accept the cancellation policy. A patch test must be done 48 hours before any initial colour service can be carried out. If you have not been for a colour service within six months, a new patch test will need to be done. Deposits are required for new clients and must be paid before appointment. All booking fees are non refundable. If you are unhappy with any service carried out, you have seven days after your appointment to complain. Please message me directly or through social media so I can fix this for you. For every colour service booked, there needs to be a blow dry or cut & blow dry booked for the appointment to be confirmed. Also prices may vary to those on the website depending on the clients needs such as hair thickness and hair length. In the event that I have to cancel due to sickness, I will reschedule your appointment. If you choose to not reschedule, the deposit will still need to be paid. Any children brought in are at the customers own risk. I have no responsibility for them, they must be supervised at all times . Any damage caused by client or child to the salon or equipment will be charged to the client. I provide PPE for my clients when carrying out services, however it is the clients responsibility to wear suitable clothing.
