deposits can be transferred to a new booking on two occasions, providing I’m made aware more Than 48 hours before your booking, if you have to reschedule a third time, a new deposit must be made.
cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment means your deposit is not transferable and a new deposit must be paid to secure a new booking
cancellations within 24 hours result in a 30% fee on top of your deposit being lost, no shows require to pay 50% before being able to book again.
