• Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of your appointment will need to pay a 25% cancellation fee.
• Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment will need to pay a 50% cancellation fee.
• Deposits are non refundable but can be moved to another date with 72 hours notice.
• No appointments will go ahead or rebooked if you owe an outstanding cancellation fee.
• No show appointments will have to pay the full balance of the appointment. No further appointments would be booked whilst this fee was outstanding.
• We require a patch test 24 hours before your appointment.
