Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Hair by Natasha. I truly appreciate your support and ask that you please respect my time, as every appointment is reserved especially for you.

🤍 Deposits

A booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee is non-refundable but will be deducted from the cost of your service.

🤍 Cancellations

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

🤍 Late Cancellations

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your booking fee or incur a cancellation charge of up to 50% of the booked service.

🤍 No-Shows

Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in 100% of the appointment cost being charged. Future appointments may require full payment in advance.

🤍 Running Late

Please let me know if you’re running late. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean your appointment needs to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delaying other clients.
