Terms and Conditions – Mobile Hairdresser Services

These Terms and Conditions apply to all hairdressing services provided by Petronela, operating as a mobile hairdresser.
By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms.
1. Appointments
Appointments must be booked in advance through Solo App, message, or other agreed communication methods. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please ensure the correct address and contact details are provided when making your booking.
2. Travel
Services are provided at the client’s location. Travel may be limited to certain areas. Additional travel charges may apply depending on distance.
The client must ensure safe and suitable access to the property and adequate space, lighting, and electricity for the service.
3. Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total service cost.
Appointments without a deposit may not be confirmed.
4. Cancellation Policy
At least 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in the loss of the deposit.
No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
5. Late Arrivals
If the client is late, the appointment time may be shortened or cancelled depending on the schedule. The full service fee may still apply.
If the hairdresser is delayed due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances, the client will be informed as soon as possible.
6. Health and Safety
Clients must inform the hairdresser of any allergies, scalp conditions, or medical issues that may affect the service.
The hairdresser is not responsible for reactions caused by undisclosed conditions or allergies.
7. Children and Pets
For safety reasons, children and pets should be supervised during the appointment.
8. Payments
Payment is due immediately after the service unless agreed otherwise.
Accepted payment methods may include bank transfer, cash, or payment via Solo App.
9. Satisfaction
If you are unhappy with the service, please notify the hairdresser within 48 hours so that a reasonable solution can be offered.
Refunds are not guaranteed but corrections may be offered where appropriate.
10. Liability
While all care is taken when performing services, [Business Name] is not liable for damage to hair resulting from previous chemical treatments, misuse of products, or inaccurate information provided by the client.
11. Changes to Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. Clients will be subject to the latest version available.
