CANCELLATIONS A minimum of 48 hours notice is required should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Otherwise, you may be charged.
PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS I have a card machine, so accept all major credit/debit cards. I also accept cash or bank transfers.
All payments must be settled before I leave.
I reserve the right to request any payment upfront for any services or products.
CONSULTATIONS It's good to have a chat first, so I always recommend it It takes 15 minutes for chemical services
PRICING All prices are correct as of 15th July 2024
For longer or thicker hair, an additional fee may incur, and you will be advised accordingly prior to your service taking place.
OTHER USERFUL INFORMATION As you know, I am mobile so I will need to park my car. If there is no parking on your property or very close outside, please advise me before you book.
Your hair must be clean unless requested otherwise.
I do have a lot of bags my kit gets bigger and bigger, I'm a walking salon so if you could have a nice clean empty work space for me to put my bits on that would be greatly appreciated.
I bring everything with me, gowns, products, and tools. I just don't bring towels.
