Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking Details

• When booking, you must provide your full legal name, contact number, and email address.

• Appointments booked using initials, single letters, or nicknames will be cancelled.

Deposits

• A deposit is required to secure all appointments.

• Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Deposits may be transferable with sufficient notice, subject to availability.

Appointments

• Please arrive on time for your appointment.

• Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment or cancellation if it impacts the schedule.

• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

• Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in loss of deposit.

No-Shows

• Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in the full treatment cost being charged.

• No-shows may be refused future bookings.

Patch Testing

• Patch tests are required for certain treatments.

• It is the client’s responsibility to book and attend a patch test if required.

Health & Safety

• You must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to your appointment.

• We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe.

Guests

• Appointments are strictly one-to-one. Guests are not permitted.

Payments

• A deposit is required at the time of booking.

• The remaining balance is due in cash on the day of your appointment.
