Halo and Silk – Terms and Conditions
By booking an appointment at Halo and Silk, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are in place to ensure a smooth, respectful, and safe experience for both client and therapist.
All appointments must be booked in advance. A deposit may be required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from the final treatment cost. Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full duration of your treatment.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the deposit being non-refundable. Missed appointments (no-shows) may incur a full charge and may affect your ability to book future appointments.
It is your responsibility to inform Halo and Silk of any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or recent skin treatments before your appointment. Certain conditions may require GP consent or may mean that a treatment is unsuitable. All information is kept confidential and used solely to tailor treatments safely and effectively.
Clients must be 18 years or older to receive microneedling treatments. Parental consent is required for clients under 18 receiving facials or head spa treatments.
If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid disrupting other appointments. Full payment will still be required.
Results may vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare advice. Aftercare advice will be provided following each treatment; following it is essential for optimal results and safety.
Payments can be made via cash, card, or bank transfer. All prices are subject to change, but you will be informed of any changes prior to booking.
Halo and Silk reserves the right to refuse service if a client is under the influence, behaves inappropriately, or if the treatment is deemed unsafe or unsuitable
