Terms of Service

By proceeding with this booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions, including our cancellation policy which was stated upon booking, that a patch test has been performed Atleast 48 hours prior to service, and are happy to disclosure relevant personal information. 2. Cancellation Policy All bookings are subject to our cancellation policy previously stated upon booking. Clients must notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling requests at least 24 - 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee. 3. Patch Test Requirement To ensure your safety and prevent potential allergic reactions: • Mandatory Patch Test: A patch test must be completed at least 48 hours before your appointment for treatments that require it. This test checks for any allergic reaction to the products used in your service. • 6-Month Rule: If you have not used our services within the past six (6) months, a new patch test is required before any treatment. 4. Health and Safety Disclosures To provide you with the safest and most appropriate service, please disclose any of the following: • Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please let us know in advance. Some services may not be suitable, or modifications may be necessary. • Age Requirement: Clients under the age of 18 must have parental consent. For some services, we may require the presence of a parent or guardian during the appointment. • Other Relevant Medical Conditions: If you have any health conditions or allergies that could affect your treatment, please disclose this information when booking or during your consultation. 5. Client Responsibility It is the client’s responsibility to ensure compliance with these terms, including arranging any required patch tests and providing accurate health information. Failure to meet these requirements may result in the cancellation of your appointment and could incur a cancellation fee. 6. Limitation of Liability We prioritize client safety and satisfaction. However, we are not liable for any adverse effects resulting from undisclosed medical conditions, allergies, or other personal information not shared with us prior to treatment. By confirming your booking, you agree to these terms and acknowledge your responsibility to comply with them.
