1. Bookings & Deposits
All appointments must be booked through the booking system or directly with Haus of Dixxi.
A booking deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if you reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice.
2. Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
3. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened or rescheduled.
Late arrivals may still be charged the full appointment fee if there is not enough time to complete the treatment.
4. Hair Extension Policy
A consultation is required before your first hair extension appointment.
Hair extensions are a bespoke product and cannot be returned once ordered.
The remaining balance for custom hair must be paid before or on the fitting appointment.
Haus of Dixxi is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect aftercare or products not recommended.
5. Patch Tests
Patch tests are required at least 24–48 hours before lash lifts, tinting, or any treatment where appropriate.
If you decline a patch test, treatment may not be carried out or an opt out form will have to be signed.
6. Refunds
Due to the nature of beauty services, treatments are non-refundable once completed.
If you have a concern, please contact Haus of Dixxi within 48 hours so we can assess and, where appropriate, offer a correction.
7. Children & Guests
To ensure a relaxing environment and for insurance purposes, please attend appointments alone unless previously agreed.
8. Health & Medical Information
Clients must disclose allergies, medical conditions, pregnancy, medications, or skin sensitivities before treatment.
Failure to provide accurate information may result in treatment being refused.
9. Aftercare
Aftercare advice will be provided following your treatment.
Following aftercare is the client's responsibility and helps achieve the best results.
10. Photography & Social Media
We love sharing our work on social media.
Photos or videos may be taken after your appointment. Please let us know if you do not wish to be photographed.
