✨ HAUSOFEM POLICIES ✨

To keep appointments running smoothly and make sure every client has the best experience, please take a moment to read my policies before booking 🩷

💅🏼 Booking your appointment Please book the correct service and let me know in advance if you’d like nail art or need a removal, so I can allow enough time for your appointment. If you’re unsure what to book, pop me a message and I’ll be happy to help!

📅 Cancellations and changes I understand that things happen! If you need to cancel or rearrange, please give me at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations or changes made with less notice may result in your cancellation fee.

⏰ Running late If you’re running late, please let me know as soon as possible. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, I may need to change your service or rearrange your appointment to avoid running behind for other clients.

👻 No-shows If you don’t attend your appointment and haven’t contacted me, your no-show fee will apply.

💖 Repairs If you have a problem with your nails after your appointment, please message me with a photo within 5 days so we can discuss a repair. Repairs needed after this time, or due to picking or damage, may be chargeable.

🌿 Nail health Please let me know before your appointment if you have any concerns about your nails or skin. If I feel a treatment isn’t suitable, I may need to postpone it and recommend that you seek advice from a suitable professional.

🏡 Home salon Appointments are on a one-to-one basis in my home salon. Please let me know before bringing anyone along so I can make sure there’s space.
