Cancellation Policy -
If you need to cancel or amend your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours before the appointment.
Cancellations or unapproved amendments with less than 48 hours' notice will result in a late fee, which is equal to 100% of the scheduled service.
no shows will be charged 100% of scheduled service this will be the same for late shows. 10 minutes late can result in cancellation of your appointment with 100% charge.
