Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice and no shows, will be charged a cancellation fee of the outstanding balance. This must be paid in full before a future appointment can be booked.
A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required upon booking. Appointments will not be secure until the deposit is paid.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late for your appointment may result in a cancellation fee of the full balance as I may not have time to complete the treatment.
No children policy.
I have a no children policy. Please do not bring children or guests to your appointment. My home salon has been designed for relaxing 1-1 appointments.
There is no waiting area to accomodate early arrivals. Please arrive no earlier than the scheduled time of your appointment.
Parking.
Please park opposite the house on the one way street. Please do no park up the side of the house as it requires shared access to another property at all times.
On arrival please use the far side gate for the back garden as my salon is round the back of the house.
