Cancellation and Rescheduling: Notice Period: 24 hours. Late cancellation will incur a 50% charge to captured card. No shows will be charged 100% to their captured card.

Late Arrival: Time Adjustment: If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to accommodate the schedule. If you arrive more than 15mins late, I will be unable to carry out the massage, in order to accommodate my next client. Full Payment: You will still be responsible for the full cost of the booked treatment, even if the session is shortened.

Medical Conditions and Medications: Disclosure: It's crucial to inform the therapist about any medical conditions, allergies, or medications you are taking, as some treatments might not be suitable. Consultation: I may conduct a brief consultation to assess your suitability for the treatment. Contraindications: Certain medical conditions or skin conditions might contraindicate certain massage techniques, therefore meaning that I will not be able to carry out the massage treatment.

Professionalism and Boundaries: Inappropriate Behavior: Massage therapists have the right to refuse treatment or end an appointment if a client's behavior is deemed inappropriate. Non-Consensual Contact: Any form of non-consensual physical contact, including sexual advances or inappropriate touching, is strictly prohibited.

Other Important Considerations: Sickness Policy: If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment as soon as possible. Gift Vouchers: Be aware of the validity period and any conditions associated with gift vouchers. Therapist Availability: While the therapist will make every reasonable effort to be available, there may be instances where they need to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances. Data Protection: Therapists will keep your personal information confidential according to data protection laws. No Medical Advice: Therapists are not medical professionals and cannot diagnose or treat medical conditions.
