Booking Fee • A non-refundable booking fee of 50% of the service cost is required to secure all appointments. • Appointments are not confirmed until the booking fee has been received. • The booking fee is deducted from the total cost of your service on the day. • Booking fees may be transferred once to a new appointment provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given. • Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours will result in loss of the booking fee. • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Cancellations & Rescheduling • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Cancellations will result in the loss of the booking fee. • Rescheduling with at least 48 hours’ notice allows the booking fee to be transferred to the new appointment. • Rescheduling within 48 hours will result in the booking fee being forfeited. • Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in loss of the booking fee. Patch Testing & Medical Information • Patch testing is non-negotiable for all colour services. • A valid patch test must be completed at least 48 hours before the appointment. • Appointments will not go ahead without a completed patch test, and the booking fee will be forfeited. • It is the client’s responsibility to inform me of: • Any allergies or sensitivities • Any medical conditions or medications • Any changes to medical or hair history • Any reactions experienced during or after previous colour services Adjustments • If you are unhappy with your service, please contact me within 48 hours of your appointment. • Adjustments are offered at my discretion and must be booked within a reasonable timeframe. • No refunds are given. • Adjustments are not offered due to change of mind or failure to follow aftercare advice. Photo Consent • Photos may be taken before and after your appointment for portfolio and social media use. • Consent will always be requested, and you are free to decline. Data Protection • Your personal information is used only for booking and communication purposes. • All data is stored securely and never shared with third parties. Right to Refuse Service • I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a service where health, safety, or professional boundaries may be compromised. • Abusive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
