Booking
• Your appointment is confirmed once it has been accepted in the booking system.
• Please book the correct service so enough time is allocated.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or move an appointment.
• Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge of the full appointment cost before you can rebook.
• No-shows will be charged in full and may be refused future bookings.
Arrival & Lateness
• Arrive on time.
• If you are more than 10 minutes late, the appointment may need to be shortened or cancelled, and the full fee may still apply.
• If you have product from another tech, please let me know in advance as a removal fee may apply.
Nail Condition & Contraindications
• If you arrive with an infection, severe damage, or nails unsuitable for treatment, I may refuse the service for health and safety reasons.
Service Expectations
• Nail inspo is welcome, but exact replicas cannot be guaranteed.
• Pricing reflects length, design, and time required.
Aftercare & Damage
• Once the appointment is finished, the nails become the client’s responsibility.
• Repairs are free within 48 hours only if the issue is due to product or application, and aftercare has been followed.
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or lack of aftercare is chargeable.
Payments
• Full payment is due at your appointment.
Behaviour & Conduct
• Rude, abusive, or disrespectful behaviour will result in refusal of service.
