Lash Pre-Care

To achieve the best possible results from your lash lift and tint, please follow the pre-care instructions below:

24–48 Hours Before Appointment

Avoid waterproof mascara
Avoid oil-based products around the eye area
Do not use eyelash curlers
Avoid any lash treatments (tints, lifts, or extensions)

On the Day of Your Appointment

Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes
Do not wear mascara or eye makeup
Avoid applying creams, serums, or oils around the eyes
Remove contact lenses before your appointment (if applicable)

Important Preparation

Inform your technician of any:
- Eye conditions or infections
- Allergies or sensitivities
- Recent eye treatments or surgeries
A patch test may be required at least 24–48 hours prior

What to Avoid Before Treatment

Do not tint or perm lashes yourself
Avoid excessive caffeine (can cause eye fluttering during treatment)
Avoid using new skincare products around the eyes

Important Information

Clean lashes = better product absorption and longer-lasting results
Failure to follow pre-care advice may affect the final outcome
If you arrive with makeup on, your appointment time may be reduced or rescheduled

Brows Lamination, Waxing & tinting

Brow Wax & Tint / Brow Lamination Pre-Care

To achieve the best possible results and ensure your safety, please follow the pre-care advice below:

24–48 Hours Before Appointment

Avoid using retinol, AHAs, BHAs, or exfoliating products around the brow area
Avoid sunbeds and excessive sun exposure
Do not tint, wax, or pluck your brows
Avoid fake tan on the face and brow area
A patch test is required for new clients (at least 24–48 hours prior)

On the Day of Your Appointment

Arrive with clean, makeup-free brows
Do not apply brow makeup, skincare, or oils to the area
Avoid moisturisers or serums directly on the brows
Ensure the skin is free from fake tan

Important Preparation

Inform your technician of any:
- Skin sensitivities or allergies
- Recent reactions to tint or waxing
- Use of medication (e.g. acne treatments like Roaccutane)
- Recent skin treatments (peels, microneedling, laser, etc.)

- AHAs / BHAs (glycolic, salicylic, lactic acids)
- Strong vitamin C products
Do not exfoliate the skin
Avoid sunbeds and excessive sun exposure
Avoid waxing or hair removal on the treatment area

1 Week Before (For Advanced Treatments)

(Especially important for chemical peels, dermaplaning, and microneedling)

Avoid Botox or fillers in the treatment area
Avoid other facial treatments or strong skin procedures
Discontinue use of strong actives if advised

On the Day of Your Appointment

Arrive with clean, makeup-free skin if possible
Avoid applying heavy creams, oils, or SPF just before your appointment
Stay hydrated (drink plenty of water)
Avoid alcohol 24 hours before treatment
Avoid excessive caffeine (can increase sensitivity)
