Appointments
- Appointments can be booked online
- or in person.
- Please arrive on time.
- If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your treatment. The full appointment fee may still apply.
Deposits
- A deposit is required to secure treatments or appointments.
- Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if sufficient notice is given (see Cancellation Policy).
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Appointments cancelled with less than the required notice may lose their deposit or incur a cancellation fee.
- Clients who do not attend their appointment without notice (“no-shows”) may be charged up to 100% of the treatment cost and may be required to pay in advance for future bookings.
Payments
- Payment is due at the end of your appointment unless agreed otherwise.
- We accept cash or bank transfer- this must be done before leaving the premises
Consultations
- Some treatments require a consultation before the appointment.
- Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, medications, pregnancy, or skin sensitivities that could affect treatment.
- Failure to provide accurate information may prevent treatment from going ahead.
Patch Testing
- Patch tests are required for certain treatments (such as hair tinting at least 48 hours before the appointment.
- If a patch test is refused or not completed where required, we reserve the right to refuse treatment.
Refunds
- We do not offer refunds on services that have been completed.
Gift Vouchers
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Vouchers must be used before their expiry date.
Personal Belongings
- Clients are responsible for their personal belongings.
- We cannot accept liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
- Clothing- We recommend that clients wear old or dark-coloured clothing to their appointment. We cannot accept responsibility for damage or staining to clothing or personal belongings caused during the colouring
