Booking Terms • By booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. • Appointments can be booked online via the Solo app, where you’ll find a full treatment guide, prices, and opening hours. Cancellation Policy • 48-Hour Notice: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a charge for 100% of the treatment cost. • No Shows: If you fail to attend your appointment without notifying us, you will also be charged the full treatment amount. Gift Vouchers • Gift vouchers are available for purchase online and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. -• Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with other offers. Payments • Payments are required in full at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed. Thank you for your understanding and support!
