Deposits
a £10 non-refundable deposit is required when booking your appointment. Once the deposit is paid, your appointment is confirmed and the £10 will come off of the remaining appointment cost. If you reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before, you can use the original deposit. Anything after the 24 hours will be charged a same-day cancellation fee of 50% and you will lose the original deposit.
Cancellation
If you cancel your appointment your non-refundable deposit will be lost. If you cancel within the 24 hours of your appointment or no-show, you will be charged 50% of the appointment cost. A no-show/same day cancellation means that I will lose out on an income as I may struggle to fill your appointment slot.
Lateness
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to modify your appointment or unfortunately have to cancel if we dont have enough time to do the treatment which will result in a cancellation fee.
Refunds
I do NOT offer refunds. If you have any problems within the first 72 hours, I will fix free of charge. Anything after that will be charged a slight fee to cover time and product cost. I hope you understand.
Nails
New clients, please come to your appointment with bare nails unless a soak off is booked. If you need any nails fixed or need a soak off please let me know so I can adjust the appointment timings. If you want any nail art and you are unsure about what tier to book, pop me a message with your inspo and I will let you know what to book.
Brows & Lashes
A patch test is required 24/48 hours before these treatments;
Please make sure that you arrive to your appointment with no makeup on. Avoid caffeine before lash treatments as it can affect eye movement.
