Terms and Conditions

Consultation forms must be completed upon arrival of your appointment, otherwise you may be refused treatment. Deposits and late rescheduling/cancellation fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. You can reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before. If you arrive late for your appointment, I will not go over your designated time slot and you will still be charged full price. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled. I reserve the right to cancel/refuse treatment at any time before/during your booking.
