The Beauty Service As your hair continues to grow, the permanently attached MicroLines hair pieces will become loose. During the Beauty Service, the MicroLines piece is removed, washed and then reattached. Depending on hairstyle and hair length, the Beauty Service should be done every 4 to 6 weeks.
