3. Deposits & Payments
• Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable if notice is given within the cancellation period.
• Full payment is due at the end of the appointment unless stated otherwise.
• Accepted payment methods should be confirmed prior to your appointment.
4. Health & Medical Conditions
• Clients must disclose all medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, medications, or skin sensitivities before treatment.
• The business is not liable for adverse reactions if relevant information is not disclosed.
5. Patch Tests
• Patch tests are required for certain treatments (e.g., lashes, brows, hair color).
• Clients who refuse a patch test do so at their own risk.
6. Refunds & Satisfaction
• No refunds on completed services.
• If you are unsatisfied, please notify us within 24–48 hours so we can assess and offer a reasonable solution.
• Retail products are non-refundable once opened.
7. Children & Guests
• We love creating a calm and enjoyable space for everyone. While children and guests are welcome, please note that due to our insurance and safety policies, we ask that they remain well-supervised at all times.
