A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel your appointment without charge.
A £20 booking fee is required for all bookings. This is taken off the full amount on the day. Booking fees are non transferable. This means if you cancel your appointment it will not be transferred over to another appointment.
If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged the full amount of the service.
If you no show you will be charged the full amount of the service. Two no shows will mean you cannot make any future bookings with me.
If you are more than 10 minutes late and I’ve not heard from you, you will be charged as a no show.
All confirmed bookings mean you have seen and agree to my policies.
