All clients are required to complete a consultation form prior to any treatment. This ensures that I have a full understanding of your medical history, allergies, and any relevant conditions that may affect the safety or outcome of the treatment.
Patch testing is mandatory for selected treatments (such as tinting, lash/brow services, and certain skin treatments) and must be carried out at least 24–48 hours in advance. This is to check for any allergic reactions or sensitivities. Treatments cannot proceed without a successful patch test where required.
By signing the consultation form and proceeding with your appointment, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you give informed consent for the treatment. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in adverse reactions, for which the salon cannot be held liable.
Appointments Policy
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment for free up to 24 hours before your appointment. After this period, you will be charged £10 of the booking fee.
Lateness Policy
To ensure a smooth experience for all clients and maintain our schedule, I kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment.
Grace Period: A 10-minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive within this time, I will do my best to accommodate your full service.
Late Arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened to avoid delaying other clients, or it may be rescheduled.
15+ Minutes Late: Arrivals exceeding 15 minutes late may be treated as a missed appointment and subject to a cancellation fee.
No-Shows: Clients who do not arrive and do not notify in advance, will be charged a no-show fee and your deposit will be non-refundable.
Courtesy Notice: If you are running late, please call or message, as soon as possible so I can advise on the best option.
Repeated Lateness: Frequent late arrivals may require prepayment for future bookings.
