One of the best deep tissue massages I’ve had. I went in with severe muscle tightness and persistent back and shoulder pain, and I left feeling noticeably better. Marat clearly understood how to work through deep knots and tension without making the experience uncomfortable. My pain levels were significantly reduced, and I felt much more flexible afterward. Marat is honestly the best masseur I’ve ever had. Extremely knowledgeable, knows exactly the right amount of pressure to use, and really takes his time to understand what your body needs. Since seeing him regularly, I’ve genuinely been sleeping better and feeling so much less tense. You can tell he really cares about his clients and takes pride in his work. 10/10 — highly recommend!

The treatments are fantastic and always leave us feeling revitalised and ready to train hard again. He is very intuitive and goes deep. It is a proper treatment. I have been seeing Marat for years after first connecting on Urban. I am a woman living alone and he immediately put me at ease and made me feel comfortable in my own home. I prefer to have a massage in silence which he also accommodates, we even put on classical music! Most of all he provides a fantastic, strong massage and has impeccable hygiene standards.
