How do I book?

Choose your treatment from deep tissue and sports massages, beauty and/or aesthetics. Pick a suitable time and location where the therapist can come to your home or hotel.

You’ll need about 2x2m of floorspace for the treatment table. To check you have enough space for a yoga mat – if you can walk around it easily, you should be fine.

On the day, your therapist will arrive fully-equipped to the address provided at the time of booking. Please provide a contact number that the therapist may use to contact you if/when necessary.

You’ll need three clean towels, a small hand-sized towel for the headrest and two large ones for the massage table.

Your therapist will introduce themselves and you will be guided through a quick consultation with some questions, which might include any health concerns.

Relax while your therapist sets up within minutes, they’ll turn your current space into a private spa.The beauty of an at-home massage is you set the scene. Choose what to listen to – from classic spa vibes to something more upbeat - and enjoy creating your home spa by lighting candles.

Once your therapist has set up, the therapist will leave the room so you can get undressed in private. When you are ready, lie down on the table with a towel covering you.

Enjoy your treatment.Your therapist will check in with you.Once you’re comfortable on the table your massage therapist will start.

Get aftercare advice and easily rebook.At the end of the treatment, aftercare advice will be provided along with a schedule for your next recommended session. 

What are the benefits of full body massage?

On top of leaving you generally feeling lighter and more relaxed, studies have shown full-body massage can benefit the body and mind, in particular by speeding up the recovery process, improving sleep quality, and helping with stress and anxiety. 

What areas are included in a massage?

Typically this involves your back, legs, arms and hands, and sometimes also your chest and head. Bear in mind there’s no set routine for a full body massage – where a practitioner starts working on your body will change depending on your needs, the amount of time available and the practitioner’s approach.

What should I wear?

You can wear anything, however during the massage you should remove all clothing excluding lower underwear. The therapist will provide privacy and professional respect for you to get changed.

How long is the massage for?

Full body massages last a minimum of an hour but can be as long as  90 or 120 minutes.We recommend at least 60 minutes to get the most out of your full body massage, as therapists can spend longer in each area.

Therapists  have a minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification. For specialist treatments including deep tissue, sports massage, lymphatic drainage and pregnancy massages, therapists must have additional qualifications or CPD certification. All therapists need up-to-date insurance that covers public liability, professional indemnity and malpractice. High standards of hygiene have been considered by taking a number of assessments. Clean, spa/clinic-grade equipment, complete with single-use items, cleaning products and PPE relevant to each service they offer. A close eye on public health guidelines to make sure therapists are up to speed on the latest Covid-19 safety best practices. 

How is my Data Handled? 

Your details stay private and follow the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your information will not be passed onto third-parties for marketing or advertising and clients remain anonymous. Our customer support team is on hand via in-app chat during and after all bookings. They’re trained to listen with care and sensitivity.

We take a Zero tolerance approach to suggestive behaviour and personal comments while taking pride and professionalism and confidentiality.

What kind of events can I make as  a group massage booking for?

You can book a group massage for just about any event you like. Our services are popular for events like conferences, conventions, birthday parties, baby showers, bridal parties, stag dos, hens nights, private, personal events, work wellness days, friends and family and more. We can also provide other services not listed and work with a number of companies to outsource staff.

How does a group massage work?

Simply send our friendly team an enquiry, and they will get back to you with a quote.

From there, you can expect massage therapists to arrive at your chosen location at the specified time with all the equipment they need. A standard massage toolbox for group bookings will contain a massage chair, face cradle, sanitation wipes and hand sanitiser and massage oil. Depending on the event, therapists may also bring some aromatherapy oils and headphones for music.Event massages can include as many people as you like, and massages typically range from 5-15 minutes or longer, depending on the amount of guests at your event.

How can I obtain a discount on my next treatment?

Refer a friend

Refer a friend and send them your unique referral code. When they sign up, you will  both receive a £10 discount off your next treatment. One friend referred is £10 Credit, two referred friends are £30 Credit, and three friends referred is £50 Credit.

When should I hold off on booking a massage?

To keep you and your therapist safe, it’s important to hold off on getting a massage if you’re unwell with a fever or flu-like symptoms, or if you have a contagious skin disease. Therapists have the right to cancel your treatment if they think it will harm you or them in any way.If you have a health condition and you’re not sure about booking a massage, consult your GP for advice beforehand.

How do I report a complaint?

We will respond to your report within three business days with our evaluation of the report and an expected resolution date.We will handle your report with strict confidentiality, and not pass on your personal details to third parties without your permission.As a token of our gratitude for your assistance, we offer a reward for every report that was not yet known to us. The amount of the reward will be determined based on the severity of the issue.

Treatments

Anti-wrinkle Treatment (Botox)
£150.00

Botulinum Toxins are also known as Botox and have the ability to reduce the appearance of facial wrinkles,treat conditions such as neck spasms and excessive sweating hyperhidrosis. The cosmetic purpose of temporarily reducing forehead frown lines. Botox works by stopping the release of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine at the neuromuscular junction which in turn causes temporary paralysis. It blocks messages from the nerves to the muscles causing the muscles to stop contracting. It also softens the tissues around the muscle meaning the face receives a softer look. There may be swelling at injection sites and bruising in the area for a few days.

Botox Aftercare Avoid touching and sleeping on your face the first night. Do not exercise or partake in any strenuous activity for the next 24 hrs. Avoid excessive alcohol consumption for the next 24hrs. Do expect mild bruising and swelling. Do not take any paracetamols You may experience a slight headache, this is normal Do not manipulate your face for at least two weeks. Do not remain in the sun for at least 72 hours. Wait 10-14 days to see results and book a follow up appointment. Do not rub or massage the treated area and avoid make-up if possible.

Anti-Wrinkle Follow-up or Consultation

A quick, complimentary follow-up or consultation treatment to check and treat any areas that require some additional product. This will prolong the results of your treatment and is essential 14 - 21 days after or before your full treatment.

Deep Tissue Massage

A deep and firm pressure massage, great for getting rid of muscle knots. Applies firm sustained pressure and slow strokes to deep layers of muscle and fascia. Strong pressure is applied for working out knots, tension and stiffness. Deep Tissue works on specific problem areas and frees up movement. Give yourself at least an hour post-massage to recover, being sure to drink plenty of water.

Classic Massage

A great introductory treatment that works for everyone in need of a massage. Expect a light, gentle touch, mixed with light to medium pressure, that comes together to soothe and rejuvenate your mind and body. Perfect if you feel tense, tired or just in need of some TLC. Lomi Massage

Let your therapist know up to two areas you’d like them to focus on – popular choices include neck/shoulders, back/shoulders and legs/glutes. Medium pressure and slow motions to gently work out tension and help you relax. If your aim is to release muscle tension, longer massages tend to be more effective. That’s why we recommend only asking your therapist to treat two areas as part of a 45-minute treatment, and extending the treatment for really tense muscles and deep knots.
Postnatal Massage

A full-body treatment tailored to your recovery needs. Soothes mind and body as you recover from giving birth. Light to medium pressure. Great if you’ve got tiredness, aches, anxiety. Designed to support your physical and emotional recovery from five days after giving birth including after miscarriage or stillbirth. If you are recovering from a C-section; please wait at least six weeks. Always check with your medical practitioner before booking.

Classic Facial

When it comes to booking a facial, you’ll often find yourself having to choose something that’s super-indulgent. During your treatment, it is completely custom to you, so it’ll vary from person to person. However, every treatment starts with a Double Cleanse, to deep-clean your skin, and ends with Dermal Layering, where your skin will be prepared with products that should be left on after the facial.

Your skin expert will carry out an assessment to achieve the results you want; whether it’s tackling dull skin, treating breakouts or fighting the signs of premature ageing. For your treatment, your skin expert will need to have access to warm water. You’ll also need to supply two small, clean towels.If you have extremely sensitive skin, your therapist will adapt your treatment accordingly to support and calm the skin.

If you are pregnant, please advise your therapist so they can adapt the treatment accordingly with pregnancy-safe products, or book our Pregnancy glow facial instead. If you have open wounds or lesions on your face, neck or chest, then we’d suggest that you wait until they’ve healed before booking your facial.
