Dear Client, Your treatment doesn't end when you step off the couch—its benefits can last well beyond the session. You can enhance and extend those effects with a few simple actions: 💧 Drink Water Hydrate well after your massage—aim for at least a pint of Water. This will help your body flush out toxins released during the treatment. 🚫 Avoid Stimulants and Alcohol Refrain from caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol for at least six hours after your session. These substances can counteract the massage's detoxifying effects. 🛌 Rest and Relax Take it easy for the rest of the day or evening. Giving your body time to respond to the treatment fully maximises the healing benefits.

Massage therapy—especially with essential oils—helps your body function more efficiently. It stimulates circulation, supports lymphatic drainage, and encourages the natural elimination of toxins and waste. As your body responds to treatment, you may experience temporary symptoms that feel unusual or uncomfortable. These are known as contra-actions or part of a healing crisis—a natural, short-term response as your system rebalances. Although they may feel unpleasant, these reactions are a positive sign that your body is beginning to heal, cleanse, and reset. Regular treatments often lessen these symptoms as your system adjusts and strengthens.
