1. Deposits & Bookings
• A deposit is required to secure all appointments.
• Deposits are non-transferable and go toward the total cost of your service.
• Your appointment is not confirmed until your deposit has been received.
• By booking, you agree to all policies listed below.
2. Cancellations
Please respect my time and other clients by providing as much notice as possible.
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment - You will receive a £10 refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours - You will be required to pay for 50% of the service (minus deposit paid).
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows - You will be required to pay the full price of the service booked before being able to rebook.
3. Rescheduling
• Rescheduling within these time frames of your appointment follow the same policy as cancellations.
4. Lateness Policy
• Please arrive on time for your appointment.
• A late fee of £1 per minute will be charged after the first 10 minutes.
• If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and treated as a no-show, requiring full payment for the service booked.
5. No-Shows & Late Cancellations
• Clients who fail to attend without notice will be required to pay 100% of the service cost.
• Future bookings may be refused until the outstanding balance is settled.
6. Card Authorisation & Payment Rights
• By booking an appointment, you authorise [Honeyyynails] to securely store your card details (via the booking system).
• In the event of a no-show or late cancellation (within 24 hours of your appointment), you agree that [Honeyyynails] reserves the right to charge the card on file for the remaining or full balance of the service booked, in accordance with the policies above.
• This ensures fairness for all clients and protects my time as a self-employed technician.
7. Payment
• Remaining balances are due at the time of your appointment.
• Accepted payment methods: [cash, bank transfer].
8. Health & Safety
• Please inform me of any allergies, medical conditions, or skin sensitivities before your appointment via the consultation forms.
• I reserve the right to refuse service if it may pose a health or safety risk to you or me.
9. Right to Refuse Service
• I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying rude, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour.
