Terms & Conditions

1. Deposits & Bookings

    •    A deposit is required to secure all appointments.

    •    Deposits are non-transferable and go toward the total cost of your service.

    •    Your appointment is not confirmed until your deposit has been received.

    •    By booking, you agree to all policies listed below.

2. Cancellations

Please respect my time and other clients by providing as much notice as possible.

    •    Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment - You will receive a £10 refund.

    •    Cancellations made within 24 hours - You will be required to pay for 50% of the service (minus deposit paid).

    •    Same-day cancellations or no-shows - You will be required to pay the full price of the service booked before being able to rebook.

3. Rescheduling

    •    Rescheduling within these time frames of your appointment follow the same policy as cancellations.

4. Lateness Policy

    •    Please arrive on time for your appointment.

    •    A late fee of £1 per minute will be charged after the first 10 minutes.

    •    If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and treated as a no-show, requiring full payment for the service booked.

5. No-Shows & Late Cancellations

    •    Clients who fail to attend without notice will be required to pay 100% of the service cost.

    •    Future bookings may be refused until the outstanding balance is settled.

6. Card Authorisation & Payment Rights

    •    By booking an appointment, you authorise [Honeyyynails] to securely store your card details (via the booking system).

    •    In the event of a no-show or late cancellation (within 24 hours of your appointment), you agree that [Honeyyynails] reserves the right to charge the card on file for the remaining or full balance of the service booked, in accordance with the policies above.

    •    This ensures fairness for all clients and protects my time as a self-employed technician.

7. Payment

    •    Remaining balances are due at the time of your appointment.

    •    Accepted payment methods: [cash, bank transfer].

8. Health & Safety

    •    Please inform me of any allergies, medical conditions, or skin sensitivities before your appointment via the consultation forms.

    •    I reserve the right to refuse service if it may pose a health or safety risk to you or me.

9. Right to Refuse Service

    •    I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying rude, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour.

10.  Product Sensitivity & Allergies.

  • Although every precaution is taken to ensure safety (up to date lamps, professional only products, following correct curing times and avoiding damage to nail), some individuals may develop an allergic reaction to ingredients found in gel or nail enhancement products.
  • This can occur at any time, even after years of use, as everyone’s body can react differently.
  • By booking, you acknowledge that you understand this potential risk and agree that [Honeyyynails] cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions that may occur.
  • Patch tests can be requested in advance if you have a history of allergies. 

11. Agreement

By booking an appointment with [Lara], you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
