5. Cleaning Results & Limitations
5.1. We aim to achieve the best possible results, but stain removal cannot be guaranteed. 5.2. Some stains may be permanent or cause discoloration. 5.3. Pre-existing damage, wear, or fading may become more visible after cleaning. 5.4. Drying times vary depending on ventilation, carpet type, and weather conditions.

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to all clients receiving services from [HopesHands](“the Provider”). By booking or receiving any service, the client (“You”) agrees to the following:

The Provider reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including health concerns, inappropriate behavior, or violation of these terms.

3.1. Respectful conduct is mandatory. 3.2. Any inappropriate behavior—including sexual comments, harassment, or intoxication—will result in immediate termination of the session without refund. 3.3. Massage services are strictly professional and non-sexual.
4. BOOKINGS, CANCELLATIONS & LATE ARRIVALS
4.1. A deposit may be required to secure appointments. Deposits are non-refundable. 4.2. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least [24 hours] before the appointment.
