Deposits
A non- refundable deposit of £15 is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from the total and remaining balance is to be payed at appointment.
Lateness
Please arrive on time to your appointment to avoid any inconvenience to the clients I have after you.
There is a 10 minute grace period, anything longer will be £5 late fee and after 20 minutes appointment will automatically be cancelled.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
• At least 48 hours is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment
• Less than 48 hours notice will result in your deposit being forfetied and you will be charged 25% of booking fee
Health & Safety
• no bitten nails/ infected
• come with clean and bare hands
• cancel if feeling sick
Payments
The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment. Payments can be made via cash or bank transfer
