Terms and conditions

Please give 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. 

Cancellations or no shows on the day of the appointment will be charged a full price cancellation fee. 

Failure to pay the cancellation fee will result in all future bookings being cancelled and no further bookings will be made until this has been paid. 

These policies are in place to protect me from loss of earnings, as this is my full time income. I hope you all understand. 

 

No refunds will be given under any circumstances.

If you would like something changing at your appointment, that is absolutely fine. Please just let me know. I would rather you tell me so I can make the necessary changes. As I want all of you to be happy with your services/treatments. 

If any problems occur within the first 48 hours of your appointment, I will get you back in asap to sort the issue free of charge. Anything after 48 hours will be charged for. 

For example, if you break or chip a nail, would like more cutting of your hair 48 hours after your appointment. This will be charged for. 

I always ask at the end of each appointment if you are happy with everything or if you would like anything adding or changing. 

Please do not bring anyone extra with you to your appointment. As I do not have extra space in the salon to allocate extra seating. The only exception is if you are bringing your child in for their own scheduled appointment. 

To keep the salon looking its best and all furniture in the best condition possible. please can I kindly ask that you only use the chair & space set up for your appointment.

Clients have a grace period of 15 minutes. After this your appointment may be cancelled and classed as a no show. This is to ensure I have enough time for every client‘s appointment slot & to respect each clients time that they have scheduled out of their day.

I will always be as understanding as possible. As sometimes things happen that are out of our control.
