HRH Aesthetics and Skincare Booking Terms and Conditions Cancellation Policy - Cancellation Notice: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so will result in the loss of the 20% deposit. Deposits - Deposit Requirement: A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is refundable if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. - Payment Methods for Deposit: Deposits can only be made by card. Payment Methods - Accepted Methods: We accept card, cash, and bank transfer for the remaining balance after the deposit. Only card payments are accepted for deposits. Late Arrivals - Late Policy:If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, it will be canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited. Refund Policy - Services Rendered: Refunds are not provided for services already rendered. If you are dissatisfied with your treatment, please contact us to discuss your concerns, and we will do our best to address them. Consultations - Consultation Fee: A £20 fee is charged for consultations, which is redeemable against any future appointments booked as a result of the consultation. Age Restrictions - Age Requirements: Clients must be at least 16 years old for PCA Skin Medi facials, dermaplaning, and Medi peel procedures. All other procedures require clients to be at least 18 years old. Medical Conditions - Disclosure Requirement: A full medical history will be taken prior to any treatment. It is the client's responsibility to disclose any medical conditions, medications, or allergies. Privacy Policy - Client Information: HRH Aesthetics and Skincare is committed to protecting your privacy. All personal and medical information collected during consultations and treatments will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing safe and effective services. We do not share your information with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law. Liability - Limitation of Liability: HRH Aesthetics and Skincare will not be held liable for any adverse reactions or complications arising from treatments where full disclosure of medical history was not provided by the client. Clients agree to follow all pre and post-treatment care instructions provided by the practitioner. Any adverse effects resulting from failure to follow these instructions will not be the responsibility of HRH Aesthetics and Skincare. General - Changes to Terms: HRH Aesthetics and Skincare reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
