Booking Terms & Conditions – Iaso Restore (Mobile Massage Therapy)
1. Payments & Deposits • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. • The remaining balance is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed in advance. • Accepted payment methods include contactless card, QR code, payment link, bank transfer, cash, or PayPal. • Gift cards are not accepted as a form of payment. • If a card transaction for the remaining 50% shows insufficient funds, full payment must be made within 72 hours. Any future bookings will require full payment at the time of scheduling.
2. Client Health & Safety • Clients are kindly asked to disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or medications prior to treatment. • The therapist may adjust, postpone, or decline a treatment if it is considered unsafe or unsuitable for the client’s wellbeing. • By booking with Iaso Restore, clients acknowledge that massage therapy is a supportive wellness service and not a replacement for professional medical care.
3. Booking Modifications & Cancellations • Appointments can be modified or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without charge. • Requests to adjust a booking within 24 hours will be treated as a cancellation, and 50% of the deposit will be non-refundable. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the 50% deposit.
4. No-Show Policy • If the therapist arrives and the client is not present, a 15-minute grace period will be offered. • If the client has not arrived or made contact within this time, the appointment will be considered a no-show. • In no-show situations, the deposit is forfeited and the full treatment cost will be charged to the card on file. • Future appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking.
5. Therapist Safety & Conduct • As a lone worker, the therapist should be treated with courtesy and respect at all times. • Any inappropriate, unsafe, or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in the immediate termination of the treatment. • Clients who engage in such behaviour may be restricted or banned from making future bookings.
6. Privacy & Data Use • Client information is used only for booking, treatment, and communication purposes and is managed in accordance with privacy and confidentiality standards. • All website and social media content provided by Iaso Restore is intended for general informational use and should not be considered medical advice.
