Terms and Conditions

• No show appointments will be charged 70% of the service. • If you need to cancel, I completely understand but please aim to give me 24-hours notice. If not met, you will be charged 50% of the service. This is to cover my own costs. • If you are early for your appointment please wait until the correct time to come in, unless I state otherwise. • If you are more than 10 minutes late this may mean your appointment cannot go ahead, or you will just be able to have a plain/simple set if you booked in for tier 3 or 4, as it is not fair for me to run behind on the next client. • I don't infill or remove other people's work. • Please let me know ahead of time if you have any missing nails or nails that need repairing. • Any nails that have been on for longer than 4 weeks will be charged as a full set. • Please come to your appointment with bare nails unless you've booked in for an infill. • I use an e-file. If you are uncomfortable with this please let me know ahead of your appointment and I can use manual files for you. • My prices are non negotiable. I have occasional offers on but please remember this is my small business and I need to make a living from it.
