1. Create a “How to Book With Me” Instagram Post

Help your followers get ready for the festive season by posting a clear, on-brand “How to Book” guide on your feed.

Create your own post or use our template on Canva here.

This is a great way to remind clients how easy it is to book their Christmas appointments — and to pin important booking info to the top of your profile before the rush begins.

If you’re using the Canva template, simply drop in:

• A festive background or photo of your website

• Step-by-step “How to Book” text (e.g. “Tap the link in bio → Choose treatment → Pick your time → Confirm booking 🎁”)

Then post to your feed!

2. Upload to Instagram

Choose your preferred format:

• Singular grid post (using the Canva template or social calendar image)

• Carousel with steps or screenshots showing how to book through your Solo profile

Once posted, pin it to the top of your feed so new followers can easily find it!

3. Add your caption

Keep it festive and helpful — explain that your Christmas diary is open and guide clients through the booking process.
