Share Client Reviews on IG

Objective

Use social proof to build trust and convert new or undecided clients into last-minute Christmas bookings.

1. Choose a strong review

Pick a review that highlights

  • your quality

  • your professionalism

  • your festive or busy-season reliability

  • the specific service clients love most

Example:
“Best BIAB nails I’ve ever had — they last for weeks! Always so welcoming and professional.”

2. Create a review using our Social Post Creator

Go to Settings > Marketing Tools > Social Post Creator > Share a Review

Keep it readable and on-brand.

3. Upload to Instagram

Choose how you want to share it:

  • Grid post

  • Carousel (multiple reviews)

  • Instagram Story

  • Reel with a review overlay and a festive clip

Including at least one Story version helps reach your most engaged audience.

4. Add your caption

Use a caption that reinforces trust and encourages Christmas bookings.

Examples:

  • “A little love from my clients. December is almost full — tap the link in my bio to secure your festive appointment.”

  • “Reviews like this mean everything. If you’re still needing your Christmas glam, last spaces are available — book now.”

  • “Thank you for all your support this year. Final December appointments remaining — click to book.”

5. Add your booking link

If posting on Stories, use the Link sticker.
If posting on your feed, prompt followers to click the link in your bio.
Make booking as easy as possible — especially this late in the season.
